Role Overview
We’re hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Compliance Customer Success Manager to help clients smoothly navigate compliance processes. No prior experience in prevailing wage laws is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.
Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships, serving as their primary compliance contact.
- Manage compliance documentation, payroll data entry, and reporting processes.
- Identify and resolve basic issues with support from our team.
- Collaborate internally to continually enhance our platform.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in roles requiring attention to detail, organization, and client interaction.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable learning new software tools and processes quickly.
- Dependable and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
Nice to Have (not required)
- Familiarity with the Davis-Bacon Act
- Understanding of IRA incentives or ITC credit transfers
- Previous exposure to prevailing wage and apprenticeship (PWA) compliance
