Over 1000 companies already use Kular, and we're growing revenue extremely fast. We need a junior customer success manager to help us provide a great service to customers.

You will work directly with our customers (business owners) and help them use Kular to grow their businesses. You'll learn from a highly experienced customer success manager who has worked in unicorn software companies. Specifically, you will do these things day-today:

• Run check in calls with customers
• Resolve customer queries by email
• Work to upsell customers
• Use data to improve the customer experience at scale
