Overview
ClaimSorted (YC S24) is hiring a Founding Designer to lead and own all design across the company.
Responsibilities
- Be a part of our ex-Revolut, Meta and Scale AI team building a proprietary ML-powered claim handling system
- Own all design work, including product, marketing, and website.
- Design user-friendly tools for submitting, tracking, and processing claims.
- Create prototypes to rapidly test new ideas
- Improve the website and brand presence.
- Work closely with users to understand their needs and solve their problems.
Technical skills
- Ability to design clear, simple, and fast.
- 2-7 years of experience designing data-intensive system in Figma
- Strong prototyping skills
- Familiar/ready to learn Webflow
General skills
- Comfortable with chaos
- Great at talking to users and understanding their problems
