Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the technical vision and product direction as a core team member.
- Design, develop, test, and support features for our web and backend applications.
- Work with the latest large language models from OpenAI.
- Adopt or invent tools to scale our engineering efforts.
- Review code and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
- Debug and triage product issues by assessing business impact.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to production, ensuring high quality and speed.
- Tackle early-stage startup challenges with a can-do attitude.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience building production software in a team environment.
- Curiosity to become an expert in the rapidly evolving world of LLMs.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
- Passion for delighting customers.
- Adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
