Phonely is a full-stack platform for building, simulating, and deploying AI voice agents that actually work. Think: ultra-reliable LLMs, real-time voice infra, and a Zapier-style UI that makes automation feel effortless.
We’re growing fast — averaging 30% month over month growth for the past 6 months with virtually no advertising — and now we’re looking for a Frontend Engineer who’s excited to design and build a product that’s both powerful and beautiful.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own major parts of our front-end architecture
- Help us scale and polish our no-code builder
- Work directly with founders, designers, and backend engineers to bring features to life.
- Obsess over UX. Sweat the details. Ship fast, then make it faster.
- Help shape product decisions — you’re not just here to implement pixels.
- Lay down patterns that will scale with the team and the product.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of frontend experience in a fast-moving product team
- Deep experience with React (ideally + TypeScript, Tailwind, and modern tooling)
- Strong product sense — you care how things feel, not just how they work
- Experience building complex UIs (dashboards, editors, data-driven views)
- A bias for shipping — you turn ideas into real product quickly
Bonus Points
- Experience with React Flow or other visual/graph libraries
- Ex-founder or early employee at a startup
- You’re an ex athlete or done something competitive and won
- Built or worked on a Zapier-style or no-code product before
- You’ve designed or contributed to component systems or design libraries
- Interest in voice, AI, or real-time systems
