We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Associate Intern to join the vibrant team at Codingal. The role involves supporting the sales team by understanding client needs, preparing tailored presentations, demonstrating product capabilities, and assisting in closing deals. If you have a knack for communication and problem-solving, join us in revolutionizing K-12 education!
Responsibilities:
- Leverage Tele-calling to generate leads and conversions.
- Work on LeadSquared CRM and telecalling tools like 3CX for day-to-day tasks.
- Initiate outbound calls to existing users of Codingal for lead generation for trial booking.
- Conducted outbound calls to qualify leads, as well as followed up with reminder calls.
- Conduct CNA (customer need assessment) for every lead.
Requirements:
- Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.
- Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.
- Learning mindset and the right attitude to adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Ability to multi-task and manage tasks effectively.
- Ability to ask the right questions and qualify a customer's needs.
- Understand the regional nuances of the designated market
- Understanding the Sales metrics and numbers.
- The candidate should be comfortable working rotational shifts if required.
Salary: 15-20k plus performance-linked incentives.
Location: Bengaluru (on-site)
Duration: 3 months. The internship can be converted into a full-time position based on performance.
