KUALA LUMPUR: EDOTCO Malaysia has accelerated its 5G expansion and advanced its next-generation telecommunication infrastructure across Malaysia with the signing of a series of memoranda of understanding (MoUs) at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in Barcelona, Spain.

"Additionally, EDOTCO will be one of the first not-for-profit organisations to be recognised as an official and preferred 5G in-building coverage infrastructure partner for U Mobile’s 5G network rollout,” the statement said.

EDOTCO group chief executive officer (CEO) Adlan Tajudin said the various collaborations will accelerate the deployment of next-generation 5G services and ensure that connectivity is inclusive, sustainable and future-proof by partnering industry leaders.
